Warranty & Product Returns
Who is covered
This warranty is extended to the original end-user purchaser or the person receiving the product only.
What is covered and for how long
CustomMulticades warrants that all new products are free from defects in manufacturing, materials and workmanship for a period of one year from date of retail purchase.
What is not covered
The warranty does not cover defects or malfunction caused by misuse, abuse or improper maintenance, failure to follow operating instructions, or use with equipment with which it is not intended to be used. It doesn’t cover cosmetic or incidental damages. Also, the warranty will not apply to damage caused by unauthorized alteration, modification or repair of the product.
What we will do
We will, once we have determined over the phone what we believe to be the problem, send a replacement part for any thing that proves to be defective during the warranty period at our expense. Once you receive the replacement part please send the defective part back to use and we will credit you back the standard shipping charges. If you would like to return a defective arcade machine within the first 30 days of purchase, you will receive a new replacement unit. However, the shipping charged both ways will be the responsibility of the consumer. If you are local to CustomMulticades (Louisville area) we will come to your property and repair at no cost to you as covered under our warranty of parts replacement.
What we will not do
We will not pay shipping or transportation charges from you to us.
If product is damaged during shipping
If your machine is damaged during shipping before it is signed for at delivery the shipper will return the item at our expense. We will replace the product once it is returned and file a claim with the shipper. Once the claim is paid in full we will send out another machine still at no cost to you. You have the option to either wait for the paperwork to go through and receive your new unit or receive a full refund immediately.
If the machine is delivered and the delivery papers are signed and then the customer notices damage you can report this to use and we have two options;
UNWRAP AND INSPECT ALL PARTS FOR DAMAGE BEFORE SIGNING for the shipment.
If the arcade machine is damaged, refuse the shipment and let us know. By signing, you release the carrier from liability.
A loss or damage claim made after signing can take up to 120 days to process and may be denied at the carrier's discretion.
Carriers automatically reject claims filed more than 4 business days after delivery.
We use R&L Carriers and Beltmann Logistics to ship all of our arcade machines. They are the industry leaders in arcade and collectible shipping. Beltmann treats your shipment with care and respect, ensuring its safe and on-time delivery.
When your order ships, we will send an email listing the tracking number on the order.
Once your machine has reached the destination terminal they will call the phone number you provided on this order to schedule a delivery date and time.
Please respond promptly -- if they cannot reach you, they may return your order to us at your expense.
An adult must be present at delivery.
